NM Power Module "WOW"

Installed NM Power module in my 2015 JCW f56, automatic trans,
In the 91 octane setting even eco mode, amazing power!
I am getting 35.6 mpg, 84 mile total commute over 3 weeks cruising at 70 -80 mph almost the whole commute. When put it sport (go kart) mode can spin the tire in 2 gears accelerating!
I have Borla Axle Back sport exhaust, no drowning sound, pops nicely, Dinan Carbon Fiber Air Box. Running Pirelli stock size run flats.

I have one on mine and it does make a huge difference. For even more fun, pair it with a Sprint Booster. I added one to my car a couple of weeks ago. It doesn’t add any power, but it dramatically increases throttle response. The result is that the car feels ridiculously fast. It is actually possible to bark the tires in first, second, and third gear.

If you add TORCO, Boostane, or whatever octane booster you want to achieve higher octane fuel and switch the module to that setting you will get even more horsepower and torque. I have not used it in several years, but the seat of the pants feeling and tire spin validated that it worked. Or, if you can get your hands on 105 octane fuel that will work as well. I did not use it very much as I was concerned that it might damage the engine or powertrain. BTW, I had it dynoed on the standard power setting with 93 octane Shell and it produced 270 horsepower.

The NM Power module gets rid of the irritating lack of response from a stop. No need for other gimmicks to get better throttle response. Just finished a track day, 92 octane full set to the low setting and it was a good day.

Honeymoon Over!

All of the sudden, No Power, gauges flutuating slightly...NO CEL, car feels like is running in ECO mode but with less power.
removed NM power module still the same. Will a reflash of ECU bring it back to life?

A friend of mine has an NM power module on his F56 S, and it caused some codes last fall. He had to remove the module and clear the codes for the car to return to normal.

Have you tried clearing the codes after removing the module to see how it runs? Do you have a BMW/Mini code reader to find any hidden codes?

Try disconnecting/reconnecting the battery to reset the ECU.
