I am replacing my fender markers. I swapped the originals for smoked versions when I bought the car and now I'm replacing those with new LEDs

The fender markers have self-tapping nuts that screw down on the little post in the photo to hold the light on the car. As I recall they are pretty flimsy and may not survive another round of removal and reinstallation.

Anyone know what they are actually called and a possible source?
