169k miles - suspension question.

Hey guys,
I have an 09 Justa m6. I have 169,*** miles on the clock and I picked it up with 118k about 2 years ago. I don't think the suspension has ever been replaced. I would like to go as cheap as possible and I don't care about ride quality. To be honest I love to beat on it even for how old she is. Do I look into getting the suspension without springs, and use my old ones? Is this task difficult for a first timer working on suspension? Or should I get a shop to swap the springs from old to new? Would I need any additional parts when using old springs?

On the other hand could I get the suspension with the springs already installed?

I'd like to go fairly cheap, but still flexible! I don't even mind cheap eBay stuff as long as my safety isn't compromised! Lol!

Thoughts on a new swaybar while I'm under the rear? I plan to tackle replacing the suspension myself. Then getting a new alignment.

I'd appreciate any input!

On my 200k mile Expedition, i bought loaded shock//spring assemblies from Advanced and it was a huge improvement. Ready to bolt on

look into that :-)

easy bolt off/ bolt on procedure if you dont have to deal with rust

Ok cool! I was hoping it would be a fairly easy job. Lot of YouTube videos show it is, but sometimes you never know until you start to dig in!

Thanks!
