Power steering issue, installed 3 new pumps

Hello everyone! So I've got this continuous ever evolving issue with with power steering. Originally the power steering died out when there was a leak in the reservoir hose and it was ran with no P/S fluid. So I changed it all out and got a new pump. That new pump started leaking so I got a replacement for that. That one ran for a total of about 20 miles before it completely shut off and lost the power steering. I now have a new pump in there for the 3rd time but unfortunately this one wont kick on even when initially trying to drive for the first time after installation. So far here is what I've checked, the larger power wire that goes into the control unit. I've checked the continuity of the wire, the fuse and the ground connections. They are all fine. I'm not sure where that smaller connection goes from the pump goes so I dont know what to check that for. I also cant find schematics for it either. The power steering fan also works.
At this point I have no idea where to go next. Any ideas would be very helpful but in the meantime I'm stuck.

Did you bleed the system?

Also, some schematics here.

Thank you for the reply! I did bleed the system and just got done checking the 2-pin and 3-pin connectors with the car on the "ON" position but not running. I seem to be getting the correct voltage. Could the alternator still be functional yet not send the correct signal when running to trigger the pump to turn on? Also, does the ABS control module have any input for if the PS pump switches on?

Sure seems like it could, based on the schematic in the last photo. Are you seeing battery voltage at the PS terminal 2 (downstream side of the F14 fuse and/or at the connector) with the engine running? Also, assuming at this point you've already checked both the fuses(?)

Also, does the ABS control module have any input for if the PS pump switches on?
The first schematic linked doesn't show one, not sure how ABS could be involved.

I checked the fuse for the PS not the alternator. I will go take a look at that. Also I have a simple schematic for the PS where the purple/white line goes from the 3 pin to the ABS.

Did you get an actual "New " pump? As we see issues with remans all the time like this.

It is a re-manufactured pump. It just seems weird that it has the same issue of not powering on that the previous pump had.
