Bought my wife a JCW Paceman with 27k miles and a manual transmission. These are so hard to find that we had no choice but to get this one which has leather interior. My wife is vegan and would like to have non leather seating surfaces so I am looking for someone to swap seats with us for free.

I think her seats are not heated. I checked the vin build and it doesn't show but I have yet to receive the car as it is coming from the North Carolina this week.

Man not going to lie, front seats would work, back seats would be a no go, and if there is one thing that mini knows how to do it is a heated seat.

 

My wife would shoot me if I traded for non-heated seats. In any event, until the border is re-opened there is nothing i can do. Best of luck!

 

We’re you able to trade seats with anyone? How does your wife like the Paceman? My son has the same car and I love it.

 

I didn't find any takers on a trade so I bought another Paceman with heated leatherette seats to swap out her leather ones. Also got an armrest out of the swap

I am going to add stripe kit and some other detail work before selling the donor car.
Heck, I might even make a little profit in the end.

My wife truly loves the car.
It was worth it to do all of the work to make it just right so she can enjoy it for some time.

 

That's one way to do it. It's a beautiful car -- looks just like my son's. Glad your wife likes it so much.
