+1 ... Definitely your AC clutch kicking in making that noise. The clutch itself can be replaced without having to replace the entire compressor. The clutch can be tricky to get off the compressor sometimes depending on how long it's been on the car but it's not a difficult repair. Be careful and don't damage the bolt holding it to the compressor. You can however buy a remanufactured compressor with a 1-year warranty for less than $100 online. Of course, that would require a freon recharge, etc. (~$90). That's what I ended up doing because the bolt head broke off mine when I tried to remove it (been on the car for 15 years). Good luck.

It's weird that you just hear it inside the car. I just replaced my AC clutch and it briefly made the sound in your video as it "broke in." It sounds like your clutch is slipping while the AC is on. It may be from a worn clutch or the the coil. You can view the AC clutch action with the engine running. We could be completely wrong as it's hard to diagnose via the internet, but it's worth looking into this part.

I bought a new clutch for about $50 off of ebay and it's a fairly simple repair. Just make sure you install the included "shims." I didn't on my first clutch and burnt it up. Here's some how to resources:
