R52 Front End Sway Bar Links Question

I purchased some coil overs from ECS and am planning on setting them to drop the front by 1”. Looking at links blew my mind though. I saw that M7 has 8 choices for their Maxx brand, with lengths ranging from 150mm to 350mm. Would someone help me understand the variation, and which I’d likely need for the 1” drop? I think I need the 300-325mm for the 1”, maxed out, or the 325-350mm to get from 1”+, but I defer to those with greater knowledge.

Hello,

Thanks for the purchase. Some coilovers include the links it needed. The stock endlinks you can measure and take 1" then convert to mm, i am not at work and remote otherwise I would jump back and measure for you.

Thanks for the quick reply and assist, ECS. My name has been flying through your ordering system since November, and it looks to be happening again with this!

Yeah honestly that's crazy, and I'd just buy the Turner (owned by ECS now) or Whiteline (I've used them on a bunch of my cars with success) for ~$125 or whatever it is and call it a day. That might be the rear price though, as I've been spec'ing that stuff out all day for a rebuild.

Honestly most coilovers will work with stock end links unless you slam the car as the attachment points on the coilovers should be the same position. On coilover sets that they move it they usually include links.

Otherwise check out our WMW end links as they adj shorter than stock. Plus they have sealed ball sockets so they won't make noise or fail quickly.
