Need Help! 2012 Countryman All4

I recently acquired 2012 Countryman S All4 and so far I'm loving it. The only thing that bothers me is this weird noise that seems to be coming from the transmission or transfer case area??? It sounds like a gear whine. It doesn't affect my driving, the car runs smooth actually, just that noise that bothers me. It happens when I'm around 25%-40% on the gas pedal. The noise will last for about 4 seconds then it'll come back after 2 secs or so. Coasting on the freeway, the car is silent, until I step on it. I'm thinking maybe a low tranny/transfer case fluid? What do you think? Here's the video of it:

I had something similar once, I thought it was going to be bad.

It actually ended up being a loose bolt that secures small cross brace that sits right behind the engine, the exhaust goes over it. I'd check to see if any of those bolts are loose and go from there.

woah, that is strange.

Also check the CVs. I know the front ones seem more up front, but any problems seem to really feel like trans or transfer given their location

I Have 0 issues with corners and the steering is tight. Under load it makes that weird sound. Everything seems to be in good working order except when under load. Its getting a bit worse now, when my gears down it shifts hard. No Check engine lights or anything in the system . I purchased a new transfer case but with no real diagnosis.

Do you have any pictures of the location?
