Switch panel swap

Hello. I swapped out my switch panel to accommodate the rear fog I added. I know I have to have it programmed to make the rear fog switch work but ever since the swap my traction control light is always on and the switch doesnt do anything. Is this something that has to be programmed as well since it's a new switch panel or is it possibly something else. New to the mini world so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to swap out the toggle rack without issue. Was it a known good unit?
Back in the dark ages I got the full OEM rack to add fogs. They didn't work until programmed, but there were no other issues.
Might want to swap the original back in and see if the goes off/switch works.
Have you tried to spin the tires to see if DSC is actually off?

No the previous owner bought the switch bank off ebay so who knows. I just ordered another switch bank so once it comes we'll swap them out and see if the light goes off. I knew the rear fog wouldn't work until it gets programmed.
