R50/53 Hydraulic Motor Mount - How to tell if it's shot
Hydraulic Motor Mount - How to tell if it's shot
My mini has the typical stain of a leaking motor mount. It's long dried so it's definitely not leaking right now.
I am unsure whether it has been changed or not as I don't have a full history.
Is there an easy way to diagnose it?
Nothing seems untoward when driving etc. It also "looks" quite new but looks can be deceptive (and in that case why didn't the lazy *** mechanic clean up the mess...)
