Engine Swap from N14 to N18?

New to here so don't know much about this page but was just looking for answers on an engine Swap on my Manual 2012 R56 JCW I was wanting to know if the 2013 N18 JCW engine would be a perfect fitment in my MINI that currently has the 2012 N14 JCW engine or would there be many problems?
