Can I add a stock module for BT

I have an '09, no NAV, no Comfort access but typical steering wheel controls (volume, station/ track, tel icon, speak icon, cruise control) and am wondering if I can buy a MINI module that makes my BT on my iPhone work through the stock controls?
I've seen the aftermarket accessories that I may end up getting, I just wanted to know if I can buy something to plug into the car, behind the dash, to avoid the cables?
My '03 E46 had the same steering wheel controls and in the trunk lid there were spots to plug in modules to make these work... so I was guess MINI had the same. It's probably overpriced, but thought I'd see if any of you knew if it was even an option?
