I must admit the I am a Mini fanatic. This is the 3rd Mini that I have owned and second R52. It will likely not be my last. Selling only to fund another project. The original owner (Doctor owned, wife driven in Williamsburg, VA) had a complete new engine & clutch installed at a Richmond Mini dealer in 2014 for $7,367 (receipt available) at 59,000 miles. Car now has 129K. Recent work completed includes: all new filters, motor & trans oil change, new front & rear rotors/brakes, new power steering pump, exhaust, and K&N cold air filter system. Runs, shifts, & sounds awesome. The paint is not perfect, but mechanically the car is very sound. With only 70,000 miles on the engine and clutch it has many fun miles ahead.

The car is located in Alexandria, Va. Feel free to call or text 571-220-6192.

Thanks for looking.

Just curious. Why did it need a new motor and clutch at such low mileage.

I believe the motor was replaced because of low oil and assume the clutch was replaced because the motor was pulled.
