Hello Motorers- Something is amiss with my navigation GPS in my 2019 Mini Cabrio . If I enter a known address it works perfectly. When I enter a new address it doesn't work and I get a message saying the system is "offline". Any suggestions on what to do?

By "new address", are you actually trying to enter a new contact into your phone? If your phone was not connected, I guess that could result in an "offline" message.
