Has anyone gotten Amazon Alexa to work in their newer MINI? I have a brand new 2020 JCW Countryman w/all the options and have not been able to get Alexa to work yet. I have the MINI Connected app setup and linked to my amazon account and language set in the app but once in my MINI, it constantly tells me i need to reconnect my phone even though its already connected via BT and MINI Connected (ie Carplay is not connected or being used when i do this)?

TIA! I have an email off to MINI and will also be talking to my dealership on thur about this too on my MINI 2nd Date (ie free gas, carwash and go over questions).
