R60 R60 Brake Fluid type and capacity

R60 Brake Fluid type and capacity
Hi

I have 2012 R60 cooper s all4.
What is the capacity of the container. As liter there is 1 liter and 0.5 liter options to buy.
Do you suggest Castrol Brake Fluid DOT 4?
Also DOT 4 is the right one right?

A liter would be my choice. I use a Motive Pressure Bleeder, and a liter will give you plenty to flush with.

Castrol or any name brand DOT 4 is fine.

I use Ate 200 Gold , I buy 2 One liter cans and end up with at least a half can left over for a complete flush.
