what is the autosport module? how did it perform? i'm not familiar with its capabilities

 

on the GP2 it was never installed. Because of my particular setup with the iPE exhaust, it was so loud and the pops and burble that I was generating, Sport mode was normally off on my MINI.

BUT for those that don't have my iPE setup, it'll be a better addition. The FES Auto was a huge deal back then, and not sure that company even sells their Auto Sport on module anymore, so I bought this in Austria and paid to get it shipped here.

Every time you turn on your car, you don't have to hit the sport button to activate sport mode. This module starts it for you. If you like the better throttle response, heavier steering, then the Auto Sport is a must. I certainly enjoyed it on my '10 MINI Cooper S and though I never ran it on my GP2, I know it'll be a beneficial to someone out there that hates having to hit the sport button every time they start their car.

Yes. I will get to that this afternoon. I gotta remove the strut bar. Forgot that was the only thing left on the vehicle. So I'll snap some photos after I box up a few things that need to get shipped out today.
