water damaged elec connectors..oh boy!

First time MINI Owner, 2002 R50 with 75K miles, I just picked this up cheap from local dealer who took on trade and couldn't sell it due to LOTS of elec issues, very clean, low miles, starts/drives great..NO; wiper, tach, headlights,brake lights, int lights, sun roof, rear hatch open, turn signals/hazards, radio, or window functions...
What works; power mirrors, speedo, cruise. HVAC blower motor works key on ACC, but not while running, headlights come on for a second while starting..I watched this vid;
from Pine Hollow Auto Diagnostics which put me in the right direction...found broken wire at the harness connector driver kick panel, found at least 3 (so far) at BCM connectors passenger kick panel..obvious water infiltration in the past and is even soaking wet under the carpet now. Trying to figure out how to De-Pin the large green BCM conn with the round pins...anyone? Then seats/carpet out to dry and air out...sunroof gutter drains plugged, I bet..

BCM how do I de-pin this guy?

I stopped for lunch after seeing the 2nd broke wire...oh ****, time for pen and paper!

only 1 broke on driver's side

PC board cleaner and soft brush..don't know what else to do but set it out to dry in the sun for a few hours...thought about bag of rice, but too many little crannies
