Started on draining and filling the tranny on the R56 Mini Cooper N12 about a year ago but only did one cycle because the fill plug (bolt up top) was in pretty bad shape and didn't want to risk stripping it's head. Looked for a replacement for a week or so then got distracted. SO does anyone off hand know who sells these? Really want to get back on this.

Also read you can use Toyota Type IV ATF, used OEM stuff last time but it was such a pain to get, if other more accessivle stuff is available I will go that direction.

And can anyone recommend a better fill tool than a funnel/squeeze bottle with a plastic tube? Had a lot of trouble making it go down first time around, assume theres a screw in type that is better to use since you will be topping it up after the initial fill with car running which would be super messy with just a tube.
