Help with 2010 MCS R57 convertible Amp bypassing the Fiber optics

Sorry if this is not a new topic, I searched for a couple of hours and found nothing. I'm desperate to figure this out.

QUESTION: Does anyone know how to either bypass the fiber optic amp or leave the factory amp and install a second amp?

When I removed the factory speakers I thought I could use the factory Amp output wiring from the factory amp as inputs into the new amp, or remove the factory Amp using some workaround or harness then run the wires to the speakers. The idea of connecting factory amp to aftermarket amp came to a halt when I noticed the output wires from the factory amp are a different color than what is connected to the speakers. The speakers have regular old school speaker wire and the amp has 2 fiber optics leads I'm assuming they are the inputs. I don't want to change the HK head unit just add a much more powerful amp.

Any information will help, even if it's not Mini related, I'd like to figure out this fiber-optic stuff, how to bypass or add a wiring harness if it exists. I'm attempting to add a 1000 watt amp using the factory HK head unit.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide or point toward products that will accomplish my goal that doesn't cost hundreds of dollars.
