Some time ago I removed the resonator and muffler (exhaust moved to 2 inch in my Cooper non-S 2010)
The sound was great for the city (with some minimal popping and gurgling!) but the drone was totally unacceptable for the highway so I reinstalled the resonator to eliminate my headache.

Now thinking of installing a remote cutout before the resonator then I can open it on the city and I can close it for the highway.
I'm checking for the complete kit so the indy shop should only cut the exhaust, install the cutout and connect the power.

Any good/bad experience with this?
