Service Engine Light

Hello, my service engine light has come on, had it checked and it showed O2 sensor issue. Changed out both O2 sensors with NTK sensors. Tried to delete code, service engine still on, disconnected negative battery cable for about 30 min, service engine light still on.
Any help would be appreciated.

What is the model and year of your car? Mileage?

What are the code(s)? Codes for upstream and downstream O2 sensors are different and indicate different issues.

Did you check for vacuum leaks thoroughly? Smoke test?

Your car may need a full drive cycle in order for the ECU to clear the check engine light. Search up drive cycle and readiness code. If your code reader can clear, can it also check readiness of the monitors?

You can also reset your ECU. Instructions are on this forum.
