Used Helix 2nd Gen Stepped intercooler. No broken, has had a little bit of engine blow by oil in it but no failed turbos.

According to helix : "The core of the Helix SCIC flows 250 horsepower with only a 0.5PSI pressure drop. Installation is relatively straight forward and requires no cutting, drilling or permanent modifications to your MINI. It fits the later MINIs with the extra crash support without cutting or modification."
