For those that have gone with a ram air style intake (looking at the AEM), do you have any problems with rain getting in to your intake since the scoop is hooked up to the intake? I want a DoS intake, but can’t find any even used.

 

Asked and answered multiple times. The AEM system works great, and rain, even heavy rain does not cause a problem.

If you want to get a DoS, I'd recommend picking up a K&N Apollo and a hole saw to make the bulkhead cut. I found an Apollo kit for a WRX on Amazon for super cheap and used a hole saw to cut the bulkhead. It works great and sounds amazing.

 

^This. I also have the AEM on my car, and zero issues even driving through monsoons.
