Moving tires out, side panel debris?

I am considering new wheels, and at the moment favor OZ Racing Superleggera 16x7 (+37 ET) on perhaps Falken Ziex Ze-512 205/50R16. I currently have the stock 5-Star R83 16x6.5 (+50 ET) wheels with Goodyear Eagle NCT EMT 195/55-16. If I understand offsets correctly this new combination will move the tire about 5/16” away from the brake side and also move the tire 11/16” further out to the wheel side (street side). My question is how much more debris can I expect being thrown on the side of my car because of this setup. Will I be looking at installing mud flaps to reduce this potential occurrence.

Dependends on many things that you kick up, but im sure mudflaps will
help...

Most of the kickup I get from the front tires are on the rear fender arch
and aero side skirt faux vent hole... so I had to cut a piece of Xpel
and protect the skirt from chips around that hole.

I'm running pretty low and wide now with 15mm spacers on the car. Moss front mud flaps blend right in with the front wheel archs and have worked great since I put them on. Best part is there like $8.00 . The flaps for the rear look wierd though.
