2009 R56 base. No radio or display or warning chime.

Fuses good. I realise there is a fuse behind the head unit and will check it if necessary as well as the cable connection.

I see that the footwell module connects to the display. Can a fault in the footwell module cause my problem?

I see that there is an extended warranty (to 156K) on the module.
