Hey NAM, I recently purchased my 09 Clubman below average sale price, however, it came with a broken radio. The buttons light up and can be dimmed, however they do nothing and the display is dark/off. Additionally, the door entry/key-in-the-ignition chimes don't sound and the dome light doesn't work. There's no CELs or associated codes/fuses. I took it to a BMW dealer and they couldn't diagnose it. They recommended I take it to the MINI dealer as they would have better diagnostic tools.

Before I head to MINI, based on your experiences, what is the most probable cause?
