Does any one know the part numbers for Black Front Side Trim - Scuttles?

If you mean replacement 'blackout' scuttles (like the black headlight and taillight trim rings) MINI doesn't offer those. You can get a set of the base-model scuttles, which don't have the chrome ring on them, but you'll lose the S emblem and the insert pattern that matches the grille.

There are a couple of aftermarket options, where you can get a trim ring that sticks on top of the chrome ring, or a snap-on trim piece that replaces the chrome ring but also covers up the S emblem and the insert pattern. (I haven't seen a replacement for just the chrome ring, although I'm thinking about taking a Dremel to the insert of the black snap-on replacement piece and seeing how that turns out.)

 

Use faithful Plasti-Dip. If you want a gloss finish, Plasti-Dip has a clearcoat as well.
