Hey!

I'm looking for earlier back issues of MC2 magazine.

https://www.mc2magazine.com/index.cfm

If you happen to have any just laying around that you don't want anymore,
I'll gladly take them!

If you do,
please list available copies by date/number along with asking price.

Thank you!

I have a whole collection up to about #50, just have to figure out if I want to part with them.

I enjoyed the early issues, then I talked to Barry and figured out he was **** and canceled my sub, not wanting to support him anymore.

Maybe it's best I don't meet Barry, eh?

But,
yeah I love those earlier issues, nice and thick chock fulla good stuff, and especially the Dr. Obnoxious and Graham Robson columns.

The newer issues are thinner and slightly less vibrant, still quite enjoyable though.

I also really like MODERN MINI which was recently renamed PERFORMANCE MINI,
it's always on point...

...have a good few of those.

I'm amazed at how the print magazine business has nearly folded in the USA, but the UK continues on along with multiple title offerings, even for something like MINI, and the mag is printed on quality gloss as well.

I agree the UK mags seem to be pretty good and being 50+ I still like paper.

I did get a few issues of Performance MINI, but never followed up I will have to look at that again.

I'll be 50 in 2020.

Paper is where it's at!

A much more reliable archival storage tool compared to the ephemeral and fleeting digital pixels of innernetzland where *poof* happens on a regular ongoing basis due to upkeep neglect or outmoded platform or whatever, like dust in the grooves gone to echo as ghostly notes on dot dot dot dash.

So many older sites or cool pages I had saved on my bookmarks have just disappeared without warning. Now when I find something of true merit I make sure to print it out on paper.

Anyways,
I liked the UK mag title MODERN MINI better, I dunno why they changed it, maybe they felt they needed some razzmatazz or somethin'.
It has some silly kinda goofy stuff in it, but for the most part it's pretty good and fun to read.
