Cooper vs MCS head?

Excepting the cam, are the Cooper and MCS heads identical?

This webpage, if available, explained that head was revised to increase max flow on exhaust side by 30%, changed exhaust valve rocker to increase material and tighter tolerances between roller and rocker to cope with added pressures against exhaust valves, recontoured valve stem (undercut it to improve flow) and used inconel exhaust valves.
