I do media blasting in pittsburgh, PA
I am set up in Pittsburgh, PA to do media blasting and Noise Maker deletion on R56 MCS models as a side gig. $250 a shot, includes new head to intake plenum gaskets. I am also in the process of piecing up a low cost freer flowing noise maker delete solution as well. I have been turning wrenches for 20+ years and am a mechanical engineer that minored in automotive systems design and dynamics at a Big 10 college. shoot me a PM if interested.

What part are you in? Wife and I have 3 Minis and are in Hopewell. I already cleaned the valves and did the turbo muffler and noise maker delete on her R57. I do most everything myself as well but nice to see another one in the area. Not many know about these cars and the stealership is too far away.

Cool. If I want to do the valves again I’ll give you a shout. I see you did your timing chain? I might need to do the wife’s R57one of these years. Good to know there’s another Mini wrencher in the area. Not many around me anyway know about them.
