Frozen/Stuck brake caliper piston

"11 Cooper, rear brake caliper has piston that is stuck, will not compress. I have tried a c clamp and hammer n socket, to no avail. Old brake pads were dime thick! Ideas??

The piston should screw in using a caliper tool that works like a C clamp with a “socket” with 2(4?) pins that fit into the piston. I got a cheap kit from Amazon for about $25.
