Gave my Mini dealer a letter stating That I would buy a Mini Superleggra as soon as he could place an order which he accepted.

I thought the Superleggra is dead? At least everything I can find on the internet says so. It’s beautiful to the extreme, but putting an electric motor in a sports car is tantamount to ripping its soul out, no matter how fast it is.

Its was dead for now I guess. Bunch of buzz when it came out and I saw it at the Auto show in Detroit. Lots of people around it. I hope they move forward. We can hope.

The MINI dealer accepted your letter of intent to purchase, or accepted an actual order for the vehicle?

If the former, Jeez, then even I would accept a letter of intent from someone willing to purchase a theoretical item that I may or may not have, sometime in the future...
