Looking to buy a JCW turbo takeoff. Doesn't have to be functioning as long as the compressor and turbine scrolls are fine and undamaged, let me know what you got, thanks!

I have one w/ 80k miles

the wastegate went bad but everything else is fine

Im thinking about selling it on ebay though, as they tend to sell well there...im in socal, where are you located?

mine is from a 2009 r56 jcw

I have one from an '09 R55, wastegate linkage a little wonky. 65k ish. Worked fine in regular day to day driving, did a track day and it went into limp mode. LMK if you still could use.

I actually ended up getting one fom uber. bucket but thanks! Pretty much the same issues as yours, Im getting a new turbine housing, but you can get a replacement flapper for 65 bucks. How much are you asking for it, I might want a spare haha.

2012 JCW Mini Cooper Turbo failed second time in 50K miles. Turbine is rubbing on the turbo housing ::(

Is there a difference between the JCW turbo and the one that comes on the cooper s? (R56)

We have new ones as I don't recommend used as they always fail with loose waste gates.

Yes, the JCW turbo inlet is 40mm versus 38mm for the S....and the innards are correspondingly larger as well.

I did some poking around for anyone wondering.. the GP2 turbo is the same as the JCW.
