Anyone w/Michelin Sport Pilot 4S

We bought a new to us 2016 Countryman S that has the JCW exterior/interior pkg and came with the 19” JCW wheels. Car came factory with Pirelli Runflats but car has a lot of road noise so we want to replace them ASAP. Car has 15k miles and tires are getting worn and cupped. Being a fan of Michelin’s on Porsche’s we gravitated that direction but it appears on Tirerack there is really only 3 options for that size. Pirelli R/F, the same Pirelli in non R/F and the Michelin Sport 4S. Is anyone running the Michelin? If so what’s your opinion?
Thanks we are learning this Mini and enjoying it.

Are you sure you have cupping?

You should get a good tire shop to look at your tire wear and take care of any problems before replacing tires.

Pilot Sport 4S is an excellent tire choice.

I am on my second set of Pilot Super Sports, getting to the point where I will need new tires soon. The PSS has been a fantastic tire, dry, wet, and on the track. The Pilot Sport 4S looks like the successor to the PSS, reviews are good though I would love to hear of anyone who has tried them on a MINI.

I am on PSS also and they are fantastic tires. You can't go wrong with them. My set is 205/40/r18 but I heard they are discontinued and Michelin is no longer offering 205/40/18 in PSS or PS4S. So disappointed and sad.
