Engine Replacement - dropping vs lifting

I've seen several videos demonstrating how to lift an engine out of a R56. I saw this video of dropping the engine:

I don't have a lift at home but I have access to one. Has anybody seen a video on the steps prior to dropping the engine - I can't seem to find one.
