FS:: 2006 MINI Cooper S - Clean, low miles!
Year: 2006
Make: MINI
Model: Hardtop
Price: $9750
Mileage: 57000
Color: Pepper White
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (Region): NorthEast
It's a late 2006 production build with Premium package, LSD, Tartan Red cloth and Panther Black leather combination upholstery, and MINI seven piano black dash trim. It's a bit of a unicorn.
This is an incredibly clean MINI, almost impossibly clean for the year. No accidents. No rust. Garage kept. 3 owners. Dealer maintained at Princeton MINI, Helix Motorsports, and personally maintained by me with spreadsheets and records and receipts for everything I've done. You're buying a car that's been gone over with a fine tooth comb by myself and master MINI technicians and is ready for many more miles of carefree motoring. Recent NJ inspection is good thru October of 2019. I've driven it to Tennessee, North Carolina, and all over Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Vehicle has never been tracked or autocrossed.
No leaks, internally or externally. No dents. Paint is all original to my knowledge, and in fantastic shape. Some small chips and imperfections do exist but are few and far between, and have been touched up where possible. The only scratches are in 2 locations: (1) under the gas door and (2) on the rear hatch. I've waxed and sealed the paint with Prima Epic and Sonax Polymer Net Shield. Interior has been cleaned and protected with a combination of Einszett Lederpflege and Sonax Cockpit Premium. All rubber seals have been conditioned with Einszett Gummipflege. Sunroof has been disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, and re-assembled. Sunroof drains are firmly attached and secured with zip ties to prevent any sunroof drain leak issues.
Oil has been changed with Mobil 1 0W40 Euro blend every year. Brake fluid has been flushed annually. Recent drain and refill of transmission oil with Redline MTL. Fuel has always been 93 octane and top tier gas.
Alignment is custom, with 2 degrees of camber in the front, and 1.5 degrees in the rear. Toe is set to 0 degrees on all 4 corners. Handling is incredibly neutral.
Car will come with a set of OEM R108 multispoke wheels in black and with a set of 215/40R17 Yokohama Advan AD08R tires.
One caveat: The Raceseng Slammer shift **** pictured will be replaced with the OEM shift **** at time of sale.
Price: Firm, no trades (One exception: Miata may be considered)
Warranty: As-is.
Payment accepted: Cold hard cash only.

Meet Project R53. My 2006 MINI Cooper S that I've painstakingly restored, cared for, and improved upon over the last 2.5 years. Why am I putting it up for sale? Well, I no longer work for a MINI dealership (Princeton MINI closed), and I now work for Mazda. As such, I've purchased a Miata to replace the MINI. Do I want to get rid of the R53? Absolutely not... but I probably should, as I don't have enough time to dedicate to having 2 fun cars in the garage.
