Loss of power

Hey guys, so I was driving to work this morning and I noticed I have lost power. I can get to 65 on the freeway, but it definitely takes a minute. I know I have a CEL on right now for Camshaft timing and I'm working on getting it to a garage to fix it but I was wondering, is there anything else I should be looking at to fix. Also, whenever I take a hard turn, my oil light pops on. Am I just low on oil or is it a false positive type of thing?

Well, have you checked the dipstick? Low oil will also cause the camshaft phaser to not work, so these all seem tied together far too well for it to be a coincidence.

Would that throw a CEL though about the Camshaft being "over-retarded"? I get that I need more oil but I've never had a car through a CEL because of low oil.

Yes; the engine uses oil pressure to change the phase of the camshaft, so, without sufficient oil pressure, it cannot reach the cam phase it is aiming for.
