But now I'm in trouble) swaping JCW aero kit on my wife's R59 CS, i've assembled the whole front end, but i just can't find where should i place p/n51117301991.

That's a good one....my '09 JCW doesn't have the aero kit so I can't help you....

Its probably going to make more sense with regards to fitment once you have the old bumper off with the new to go on. It looks like some type of shield for the left and right side. Do you have the original bumper off of the car so you an test fit the part in question?

 

Part 7 fits into part 9.
Do this off the car first .
