JCW ecu map addresses

Hello Everyone,

I like this forum very much.
I want to start tuning but I could not find any details about the map addresses.
I hope to find some help here.

Hi squawSkiBum,

It is the black edition
2013 JCW r56 - 210hp
N18 engine
I have read the ecu with Ktag
It is Bosch MEVD17.2.7
But Ktag recognize it as MEVD17.2.2

If it was the N14 engine, someone could probably help you as the ECU wasn't encrypted and tunes were available with the Accessport device. For the N18 engine it took a long time before tuners figured out how to get around the encryption for tunes, and as far as I know they're not sharing the details.

Maybe I will buy a file from a tuner for a start point and try to figure it
