Largest 18" tire size?

Could somoene tell me what the largest 18" tire size that will fit a mini that's been lowered? I was thinking 215/35 is the largest?

You won't have much room left as you get larger and larger wheels esp if you lower your MINI.

Normally with 18x7.5" or 18x8" rims you'd want to use 215/35-18 tires. That would be the safest or you will risk rubbing the insides of the wheel wells.

Try calling Alex@tirerack if you really want to try any larger a tire, they have a bunch of test MINIs at tirerack and they know what fits.
