Have you had to use your emergency keyhole?

Hi ya'll,

So I'm considering sticking on a pair of those black "covers the door handle" pieces of ABS. However, the only ones I could find don't have a hole for the key ;-). Outmotoring lists a better pair, but they are always out of stock.

Have any of ya'll had a fault or discharged your battery badly enough that you needed to use your key to get in? In my last ten years of driving other cars I don't think I have.

(I guess it wouldn't be the end of the world if I had to peel off the cover in that rare case?)

I ordered mine from Outmotoring. It has a separate cover for the keyed part. Worth the wait IMO.
