This car is loaded with all of the good options and none of the bad options. This includes full leather sport interior, factory navigation, factory high-option sound system, factory shift lights, upgraded OEM floor mats, aluminum dash trim, bi-xenon headlights, headlight washers, premium package, multifunction steering wheel, automatic climate control, and heated seats. Although it has the premium package, this car was custom ordered without the dual-pane moonroof, so it has a couple of inches of extra headroom and there is nothing to break or leak up there. It also saves a bunch of weight from the roof, making this car perform better.
For upgrades, the car has a brand new OEM shift **** purchased from the dealership along with a new OEM 606 diverter valve. This is the upgraded version of the part that should never leak or go bad. Other upgrades include factory option JCW R111 Black Star Bullet wheels with pretty new expensive run-flat tires. It also has an upgraded CravenSpeed oil dipstick, which costs about $80. That makes this car a pretty stock, unmolested JCW. It has newer Bilstein shocks and the cooling system has already been addressed.
Has new NGK laser platinum spark plugs and recently received new OEM coil packs and a Valve Cleaning.
As far as condition, this car is excellent besides some normal small rock chips on the front bumper and 2 small dents near the rear left in the roof. It doesn't have any door dings at all and the clear coat is in excellent shape. This car has been garaged for its whole life and it shows. It doesn't have loose trim like most of the cars I looked at before buying this one and has no rattles in the door panels or interior.
I detail and clean the car with mostly Chemical Guys Products and it currently has JetSeal on the paint.
The only reason I am selling this is I have made a deposit on another car and don't have garage space for both cars. I don't want to park one outside, so one has to go.

Sorry, located in a suburb of Phoenix, AZ. Adding more photos of the interior in just a minute. The only issues with the interior are that the chrome on the parking brake release button is chipped and the lower driver's door speaker grille has a crack. The driver's seat bolster has a bit of wear, but isn't too bad. Added the photos. Not the cleanest right now, but it's mostly the floor mats that are bad.

No major mechanical work. Just the preventative maintenance and recalls(timing guides/chain and water pump at the dealership). Recent valve cleaning and diverter valve as well.
I am not the original owner, but I have the phone number of the old owner and the mechanic from the mini dealership who has serviced this car for most of it's life. He has since moved to a specialist shop here in Phoenix, but knows the car.
I have only owned the car about a month and a half. I know that scares you, but I just had a hard time trying to fall in love with the car.
This was my first real venture into newer cars and I found that I don't like the push-to-start and having not previously owned a FWD or 4 cylinder car, I found that I just don't care for those either. It also has bad rear and side visibility compared to 90's cars.
Overall, it's a nice car and probably way more reliable than the 28-year-old BMW I am buying, but I just don't see myself getting used to it and want another inline 6.
