Any Opinions on Clutchmasters Steel flywheel?

Anyone have any experience on the Clutchmasters lightweight steel flywheel? I'm looking to install a 6-speed onto my R50 for a budget "track use only" car and I would prefer to keep the flywheel closer to the stock R50 weight rather than go up to the R53 flywheel weights. I was looking at the Clutchmasters steel flywheel at something like 17lbs
FW801SF

Because it is an unsprung / solid mass flywheel, what are my clutch friction disc and pressure plate options with this flywheel?

I'm trying to keep it under $500 all-in for a lightweight flywheel, friction disc and pressure plate. I have a stock dual mass flywheel setup and a luk brand dual mass flywheel, both used, that I can scavenge parts (pressure plates) from.

Exedy SM clutch kit has is an excellent option. It is slightly lighter than the Valeo kit. I weighted the flywheel in my thread. Most unfortunately very few people know about it. I was looking at South Bend kits that cost $900, and ended up getting the Exedy. I am very glad I took the chance. It is light enough that make all the difference when I have to down shift 3 gears heel and toe from 113 MPH before the 40 MPH chicane.

What's the weight of the exedy setup for the R53 vs the stock R50 setup?
