I've never seen a car more demolished than that except after being crushed and loaded onto a flatbed for salvage. It looks like it was sawed in two and then some huge creature chewed on each piece. The bent steering wheel alone is a very creepy shot.

Any idea what happened?

 

I've seen this before and read a lot of thoughts on how it could have been staged, i.e. not a real accident...

 

That would explain the lack of blood.

 

well real or not, it is stil pretty trippy to see all that metal wrapped around that tree.
