From Coilovers back to Springs/Struts...

I've had a set of Megan EZ coilovers on my r50 for the past 30k miles. After blowing through, I kid you not, 4 or 5 sets of axles, one taking out the oil filter housing, I'm throwing the towel in.
I'm looking to put a set of lowering springs, regular struts, bigger rear bar and front adjustable mounts on the car. The only issue is, I don't have the OE suspension that came out of the car - I tossed it a while ago. I feel like I'm going to be missing a few parts when I go to put everything back together. Namely the lower part of the front mount that the springs sit in and then the rear mount as well. Honestly, I can't remember. It was close to 2 years ago the coils went in.
Any help from you suspension gurus would be greatly appreciated. The main reason why I'm replacing - as I was adjusting the ride height, to not break axles - I stripped the shock body on two of the coils and the car has felt like **** since.
