2013 Paceman S, All4, manual, Certified Mini warranty to 100k or Nov '19

This is a rare Mini since they didn't make many Pacemans, which is basically a 2-door Clubman, and this one is an S model, AWD, and a manual.

I added the Mini stripes to the hood and a rear cargo mat.
It went through the Mini Certified Pre-Own process at 42k when we bought it, which they did a bunch of maintenance, brakes, and new runflat tires. I asked for one of the old ones as a spare, since there is no spare with these cars. The extra tire is included.
The previous owner purchased the Mini maintenance package and had it dealer serviced, which I'm told the maintenance package was still active when I purchased the car but she could have cashed it in by now. Who knows... maybe there's free maintenance left. I turn my own wrenches, so we only use the dealer for warranty work.
50k: Castrol 0w40 oil change and new spark plugs.
53k: new front brakes
I just had it inspected. 8/19 sticker.
I'm selling it because I found an Audi S4 that I want more than my wife wants to drive the Mini as a commuter car, which it gets 30+ mpg! Needs nothing but a new home.

I can’t believe this car is still available. 100k warranty! You’d pay a lot more at a dealer to get this warranty.

Still available which is shocking considering the maintenance history, needs nothing, and has lots of warranty remaining.
Yes, you’re can find one for less $, but not one that is Turbo, AWD, and 6 speed.... AND still under warranty.

Another month.... and still available.
I fixed a hood release, which is a common issue. Lots of lube in both latches now.
Seriously needs nothing but a new home. It just passed state inspections, which I did front brakes since they were too close.
A well maintained car and still lots of warranty remaining... S model, AWD, manual ... loaded optioned car. Priced below any other certified S/AWD car that I can find online.
We cant believe we still have it, but still enjoy it from time to time so it doesn’t sit. But this is an extra car now...

I’m not sure about the NAV swap. I use Waze anyway and in other cars too that have NAV.
