Aftermarket rear bumper

where can I get a aftermarket rear bumper? For my R53

Assuming you mean you need the urethane bumper cover, it's no surprise that nobody has suggested anything yet. That's because the aftermarket has a really tough time making parts like this that actually fit properly, have the correct mounting points and are as durable as OEM. My experience with aftermarket body parts has been dismal at best.

I don't have an aftermarket suggestion either. My only advice is to find a used OEM part and prep and paint it properly. Anything else, and you'll be disappointed.
