I test drove the 2015 MCS again this morning and the pop and burble wasn't as loud inside as my old R56. Is there a easy way to enhance it. Put the rear seat down?

No its not a prevalents as the R56.
The Pop and Gurgle is a result of ALS Anti Lag System which keeps the injectors open longer to avoid Turbo Lag
The "TwinPower" Turbo used from 2014 on, achieving better low end response, allows for the ALS to be leaner, thus not a much fuel burning in the exhaust system.

"Sport" mode tends to increase pop as the throttle mapping changes and there's a touch more fuel. But, with the standard exhaust, things are a bit more muted on the F cars.
Putting the rear seat down does help hear the pops, haha. My JCW doesn't pop at all in normal, only in sport mode. Not sure if it's different in the F56. I did get a 16 MCS loaner once and it seemed to almost pop more than the 2013 JCW in sport mode. I loved it!
I also didn't know the pops actually have some sort of functional purpose, pretty cool!

Those pos and burbles are fuel igniting in the exhaust due to enriched injector cycles, and retarded timing, the "explosions" outside the combustion chamber keeps the turbo spinning during deceleration. Even with the waste gate open, so when you hit the throttle, you get less turbo lag.
Thank you all for the replies.
Just FYI
I tried it in all modes and really needed the window down to hear it.
At one point I had the ring turned to sport and the shifter in sport/manual mode.
