Multiple Codes!! Dying a slow Death..Or Just A Cold?

WTF!

Codes

P2AA-Bypass Valve Error...I deleted the PCV hard hose and capped off

P2A7D--Rear 02 Sensor..I have a catless DP

P2A75 02 Response Rear 02..Again Catless DP

P2AC4--Front 02 Check..again Catless

P2EE5--Thermostat Open...been open since installed never over heats it's fine

P0137--- 02 Circut Low Voltage bank 1 ensor 2...Hmm Catless? Maybe

2196--P2196 code means. This code indicates there is too much fuel in the exhaust measured by bank 1 sensor 1...OK HOW DO I FIX THIS ONE?

0597--HEATER THERMO CONTROL...DAH..THERMOSTAT PITA

All this only starts on a 2hr trip to Orlando...I do not get these codes unless I use the Paddle shifting and sport mode...If i drive around say 30min drive to and from work it's fine...weird shifting is going on very edgy in auto trans shifting...

So I ask you all... Is it time to Shoot this thing?..

I have 133,890 miles on it...Possible tranny fluid change is in order..Ok I get that

But 02 Sensors need not be changed because I have a Catless DP...To my knowledge they are obsolete or do they need to be changed?

This is the worst automobile I have ever owned...By far...My 72 beetle ran better with no ECU....

Any comments would be appreciated....

Please N14 engine can Kiss my ****....

These codes only appear on a 2hr drive at 88-100mph up the Trnpke going to Orlando after the first 50miles or so...then all hell breaks loose....PITA..I get loss of power cruising at 88-90..then codes throw and I lose power and slowly can't get back out of 86mph....so stupid...

Not quite sure I understand. You have deleted PCV hoses and capped off, installed a catless down pipe running no o2 sensors, running a broken thermostat so engine never warms up and thinks it's always cold or basically "choke" always on so more fuel is being dumped than needed and think it's somehow the fault of the N14 engine ?

Seriously, it's like asking someone to strap two cinderblocks to their feet, shoving plastic bag over their head and then wondering why they have difficulty running a marathon...

Need to put the car back to stock, replace the thermostat and go from there...will take about three duty cycles to clear some of those codes.

ok...I have the hard hose passenger side deleted from the valve cover theat reburns the oil and fumes to the valves.
I have the Drivers side valve open to vent to atmosphere. no catch can...
I cleaned the valves.
02 sensors are plugged in but like I said I have a catless DP. I reference to this the Audi I had ran the same CDP and the 02 sensors read nothing check engine light on as usual

So should I change the 02 sensors? even though no cat?

The thermostat was reading this code ever since I changed it at 53,000 miles...
You recomend changing again? thought as much PITA

Back to stock and change Thermo! ok...will do and sell all aftermarket parts and get rid of this...

I have the stage 1 tune catless DP larger front mount and cai..

thanks ...

The front O2 sensor determines the air to fuel ratio. It is important. The second O2 not so much. It just determines the efficiency of the cat. Running a catless DP should only give the P0420 code, nothing else.

It is possible that you are running rich because the first o2 sensor crapped out and the car has reverted to open loop mode which makes it run rich to prevent it from running lean.

133k miles is pretty good life for o2 sensors. They are typically rated for 100k.

Is this a custom tune ? The thermostat has as much to do with engine managament as the o2 sensor. Did you replace the thermostat with OEM or Ebay equivalent as I have seen some of those aftermarket ones throw codes or leak immediately after install.

OEM replacement thermostat..yes...never ebay...
custom tune yes...
through the alta accessport...ran great for quite sometime and now all these codes show up after a 2hr trip up the trnpike..I will change the plugs and the top 02 sensor this will be the third change first was when I bought it with 40,000 miles and now at 133,860 so your about right 93,860 miles on the top 02
And thermostat probably due to be changed anyway..but no leaks or overheat but like you said it reads open and not getting the correct temp reading..
Thanks guys...appreciate all the help and responses..

1-replace stat
2-maybe a reflash of custom tuning would help.
